Respecting data
ABF Networking can be really helpful, you can find lots of useful information, make new connections, and help connect others. Remember, it's super
important to respect each other's information. Let's make sure we're not using it carelessly.
If you want to share someone's details with others in ABF, just invite them to join ABF Networking and share their profile link. It's a great way to ensure
you've got the most up to date information.
If you want to connect others with people outside of ABF (suppliers, customers, friends) don't share their info from ABF Networking. It's best to reach out
to them first and get their okay to be introduced. They can then decide what to share.
ABF Networking isn't a replacement for a robust recruitment process, it's designed to help you do the following:
• Discover and Connect: Easily find and reach out to colleagues across your division and the wider ABF to boost your network.
• Collaborate: Enhance meaningful collaboration by connecting experts and peers who can provide valuable insights to each other.
• Learn and Grow: Expand knowledge and skills by learning from colleagues who have diverse experiences and expertise.
